What I am saying is not new. It is to re-awaken you and to remind you of what Bapak has given us all in his role as a pioneer of worship through the latihan. We are one of the creatures created by God.
The latihan is a reconnection between the human soul and the power of God. This can be a long process that passes through various stages. These are explained. The latihan has no deadline. The life of the soul is not limited to this world, it lives on in the next.
People are impatient and try to accelerate the process by ‘mixing’ with other practices. Don’t use these in the latihan. What can happen if you do. Keep the latihan separate. What you have received in the latihan is the essence of life.
Culture and customs.
Helpers are the gateway to Subud. So it is very important outside interests are not brought in when meeting with people enquiring about Subud. If helpers mislead, that cannot be forgiven.
You must differentiate between the needs of your soul and the need to make a living, your life in this world.
